the clean and spacious rooms are well-furnished and offer wonderful views of the surrounding area. the friendly staff provides excellent service and useful information. the wellness area is a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. the breakfast is fresh, tasty, and plentiful, offering a range of options to suit all tastes.
While everything was generally perfect, the room could get a bit chilly at night, even with the blankets provided.

Spent Xmas there with my fam. A couple of nice things: good variety of food for breakfast, fresh and delicious. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful, they even suggested us some activities around the area. The location was ideal, near the city center and we had easy access to different places to eat and drink. One more advantage was the free transfer to the ski resort. It saved us some money and time.
The hotel was pretty cold. The heating system wasn't working properly and they didn't take care of it during our stay. We had to sleep with extra blankets and even wearing a coat. Also, the spa and wellness area was a little bit crowded. We had to wait for some time to get into the sauna or jacuzzi. It was frustrating since we wanted to relax and have some fun, but it was not comfortable at all.

Had a great Easter break at this hotel. Loved the breakfast, delicious and had lots of varieties. The hotel location was also great, only a short walk to the city center and an easy access to transfer. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. Enjoyed the relaxation offered by the spa area, which is equipped with all the required amenities.
The room was quite cold at night even though we had 2 blankets and coats on us. The management apologized but didn't do anything to fix the room temperature.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was very convenient, only a short walk to the city center. The staff were friendly and provided helpful information. Plus, the hotel facilities were well-equipped, including a great spa and wellness area with a jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam. the room was clean, bright, and well-furnished. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of options.
Everything was spot on.
